Company History
Global Refrigerants, Inc., is incorporated in the State of Colorado and registered as an EPA Certified Refrigerant Reclaimer under the name Rocky Mountain Reclamation, and is currently headquartered in beautiful Denver, Colorado. Beginning in 1993 with just the two founders, the company started with little more than a single, portable recovery machine, a few clients and a tremendous will to succeed in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving industry. Our high level of customer service and can do attitude led to a growing client list throughout the 1990s. By the close of the millennium, our customer base had grown to over 100 refrigerant depots from California to Massachusetts, and included a national wholesale chain, regional wholesale suppliers, major contractors, local and federal government agencies, school districts, and Universities. By the beginning of 2003, Rocky Mountain Reclamation was doing business with 30% of Fortune Magazines top rated US corporations! But it certainly won't stop there! This year we looked to the future and realized that our client list was beginning to include companies from around the world. Feeling inspired, and not the least bit like a regional company, Rocky Mountain Reclamation became Global Refrigerants.
